Welcome!
I am a postdoctoral research associate working in the
High Energy Theory Group,
Department of Physics at
University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
My research has been focused on both particle physics and cosmology, in
particular on the interrelation between them. I have studied models of
gravity, that depart from standard General Relativity at very long
distances, as a possible path towards an understanding of the
cosmological constant problem. I am also interested in braneworld
scenarios and their holographic interpretation. These models can shed
light on strongly coupled theories, that are difficult to describe
in terms of their fundamental degrees of freedom.
